ID CARDS
ID cards are mandatory for ALL students.?Ǭ† Please see Yesenia if you do not have one for your child.?Ǭ† Even parents need to present ID cards to pick up their child.?Ǭ† This is for your child?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s safety.?Ǭ† If you do not have an ID card, you will be required to check in with reception.

Many of you are aware of the number of teachers and staff that have been ill during the first month of school at JCS.?Ǭ† Instead of becoming discouraged through these times, we at JCS have learned to look to our God for strength and guidance and we rejoice in that strength. As we have helped each other out in their time of need, we have grown together as a family. Praise be to God. We put our trust in Him.

THINGS THAT MIGHT INTEREST YOU

1.?Ǭ†LUNCH TABLES?¢‚Ǩ‚ÄùWe are continuing to have a problem with seating space for some of our students during lunch. This week some of our students waited 17 minutes for a place to sit and eat their lunch. This is almost half of their break. During this time one table was completely occupied by parents who stayed and visited after their own children had gone out to play. Parents, next week I would like to make you an offer. Please come to my office and use it to visit in so the students can use the tables for lunch.

2.?Ǭ†HAPPY BIRTHDAY JARABACOA!?¢‚Ǩ‚ÄùWe will be observing the birthday of Jarabacoa on Thursday, September 27, with a special flag time ceremony.

3.?Ǭ†PARENT ALERT!?¢‚Ǩ‚ÄùWe would like all our parents to teach their children not to drink out of other children?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s cups or allow other children to drink out of their cups. Teach them not to share spoons or forks with others. The sharing of eating utensils can spread colds, flu?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s and other illnesses.

4.?Ǭ†NO DOGS?¢‚Ǩ‚ÄùWe would like to ask all parents not to bring any dogs to school. Some children love them and chase them which may cause your dog to snap or bite. Other children are afraid of all dogs.

Como muchos de ustedes sabr?ɬ°n, hemos tenido un gran n?ɬ?mero de profesores y personal de trabajo que han estado y est?ɬ°n enfermos durante este primer mes en JCS. En vez de desencantarnos durante este tiempo, nosotros en JCS hemos aprendido a buscar a Dios como nuestra fuente de fortaleza y direcci?ɬ?n y nos regocijamos en esa fortaleza. Al ayudar a los otros en su tiempo de necesidad, hemos crecido juntos como una familia. Gracias damos Dios. Ponemos nuestra confianza en EL.

ANUNCIOS IMPORTANTES PARA SABER

1.?Ǭ†MESAS DEL ALMUERZO?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù Continuamos teniendo problemas de asientos para algunos estudiantes durante almuerzo. Esta semana algunos estudiantes esperaron 17 minutos por un lugar donde sentarse para poder comer su almuerzo. Eso es casi la mitad de su receso. Durante este tiempo una de esas mesas fue ocupada totalmente por los padres que vinieron y se quedaron despu?ɬ©s que sus propios ni?ɬ±os ya hab?ɬ?an salido a jugar. Padres, la semana pr?ɬ?xima quisiera hacerles una oferta. Por favor pasen a mi oficina y util?ɬ?cenla para charlar y asi los otros estudiantes pueden usar las mesas para almorzar.

2.?Ǭ†FELIZ CUMPLEA?É‚ÄòOS JARABACOA!?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù Celebraremos el cumplea?ɬ±os de Jarabacoa el jueves, 27 de septiembre, con una ceremonia especial en el tiempo de?Ǭ† bandera.

3.?Ǭ†ALERTAS PARA LOS PADRES!?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù. Quisi?ɬ©ramos que ense?ɬ±aran a sus ni?ɬ±os a no beber de los vasos de otros o a no permitir que otros beben de sus vasos. Ens?ɬ©?ɬ±elos a no compartir cucharas o tenedores con otros. Compartiendo tenedores pueden transmitirse la gripe y otras enfermedades..

4.?Ǭ†NO PERROS?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù Quisi?ɬ©ramos pedirles a los padres no traigan perros al colegio. Algunos de los ni?ɬ±os los aman y los persiguen y puede causar que su perro se enoje y muerda?Ǭ† a?Ǭ† los estudiantes. Adem?ɬ°s, hay?Ǭ† ni?ɬ±os que le tienen miedo a?Ǭ† los perros.
